Google™ Docs is a Web-based application
with a word processor, presentation and spreadsheet. One can create
and edit documents, presentations and spreadsheets while
collaborating online in real-time with other users. With Google
documents, you can easily create, share, and edit documents
online.
The focus of this course is on developing the skills to fully take
advantage of Google Docs by using the Spreadsheet Application to
Calculate Weight Training Workouts.
Basic applied nutrition science
concepts in context of the life cycle presented in a culturally
relevant framework. Introductory study of macro/micro nutrient
requirements, food sources and physiologic/metabolic function
with focus on relationship with health and change from
traditional diets to contemporary Alaska Native diets. Overview
of common nutritional problems affecting rural Alaskans.

The unit also deals with protecting children online, and provides links to various helpful websites which deal with the problems raised.
